Vaish recognizes that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly. We will not rent, give or sell your personally identifiable information to any outside organisation for that organisation’s own use without your consent. Your data will not be provided to third parties for marketing. We do not store any credit card information.
Exchange
At Vaish, we deliver the finest quality garments, ensuring you feel integral to the bespoke tailoring process. Your suit is made exactly to your specifications. If for any reason your suit needs adjustments, contact our Customer Care team and we will guide you through the process.
Returns
Please note that we do not offer refunds as the fabric is cut based on your measurements and custom made, bespoke for you and not of standard sizes. In the exceptional case that there is an issue with the quality or the construction of your garments, you can discuss it with the Vaish management. Any outcome will be at the discretion of the management.
Payment
Vaish takes many active steps to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information. We process all credit card sales via a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor and do NOT keep full credit card information on record. No delivery of goods will be done without 100% payment at the time of placement of order.
Shipping/Delivery
We do not ship or deliver your goods. After taking your order and preliminary measurements online, we request you to visit our store for further fittings. Once you are satisfied with the finished product, you can take it with you. Most garments are fitted and delivered at the store. However, you may request for any of your authorized representatives to collect the goods on your behalf. In a specific case that you require delivery, you may discuss it at the time of placing the order. It will be done according to the rules and regulations set forth by the management.
